Commercial quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quote requests are typically answered within 1 business day.

Most standard StoneBuilt orders are ready within 2 weeks or less. Large-quantity, customized, or commercial projects receive a project-specific lead time.

Freight & purchasing terms

Nationwide freight shipping is available. Freight is quoted separately based on destination, quantity, delivery requirements, and site access. Freight is not included in product pricing unless specifically stated in the quote.

Purchase orders accepted from approved commercial, government, and educational customers. Tax-exempt purchases accepted with a valid exemption certificate. Payment terms are established per project.

For larger or custom commercial projects, the working policy is a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment or delivery unless approved purchase-order or payment terms state otherwise.
