READY FOR YOUR FIRST ROUND

Set up.
Start playing.

Face the boards toward each other and measure between their front edges: 27 feet for official play, or 21 feet for casual play.

How to set up StoneBuilt boards: official 27 ft or casual 21 ft, both front edge to front edge. Players stand beside boards, behind the front-edge foul line.
The low front edges face inward; the holes and high ends face outward. Players stand beside the boards behind the front-edge foul line.

Official spacing and foul-line reference: American Cornhole Association rules. The 21-foot option is a casual-play setup.

Placement & anchoring.

StoneBuilt sets are supplied in a standard non-anchoring configuration. For commercial or public installations, an optional Permanent Anchor Package can be added for $50 per set, allowing the frame to be anchored to concrete. Local installation may be available; installation outside our service area is performed by the customer or contractor.

Place standard sets on a reasonably flat, stable surface. For the Permanent Anchor Package, the customer or installer is responsible for providing a suitable concrete surface unless installation is specifically included in the StoneBuilt quote.

Periodically inspect anchor hardware on anchored installations. Confirm hardware, concrete suitability and installation details with StoneBuilt and the installer before work begins.

Materials & care.

Granite is a natural material. Color, pattern, mineral content, and veining vary from slab to slab. These natural variations are expected and make each StoneBuilt set unique.

Occasional cleaning is normally all that is required. Stone sealer may be applied periodically if desired, following the sealer manufacturer’s instructions.

Use a soft cloth and mild soap or a neutral stone cleaner. Check frame finishes and address wear or damage as needed.

Approximate component planning weights: 123 lb per granite surface and 23 lb per frame. Packed shipment weights are confirmed per order.

The granite can separate from its frame. Plan handling and reassembly; lifting the frame does not retain the slab.

FOR YOUR PROJECT TEAM

Plan the playing area.

Use the 27-foot front-edge spacing as the starting point. Coordinate room for players, access, movement and bag retrieval with the project team.

Commercial concept plan: two StoneBuilt boards, 27 ft front edge to front edge, players beside boards and an undimensioned surrounding planning zone. Standard sets are non-anchoring; optional anchor package is $50 per set.
General planning guidance only. No required clearance, total footprint, engineering or accessibility-compliance dimensions are specified.

Final layout, clearances, anchoring and installation should be coordinated based on project and site requirements. Board and hole illustrations are schematic; project-specific installation information is confirmed separately when applicable.
